How far in advance should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead is best, so your preferred time is guaranteed. For rides within three hours it is quicker to call than to write. We answer around the clock, at night too.
How many people and how much luggage can I bring?
The sedan takes 3 passengers and 3 large suitcases, the van 7 passengers and 7 suitcases, the Luxury 3 passengers and 3 suitcases. Tell us in advance about child seats, skis, prams or oversized luggage: we'll find the right car.
How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?
You pay on board by card or cash, or in advance via a payment link. An electronic invoice is issued on request: just give us the details when booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Up to 48 hours before the ride, cancelling is free. Within 48 hours of departure we charge 50%, and within 24 hours 100%. If something unexpected comes up, write to us anyway: we look for a solution.
Do you also run Lake Maggiore tours?
Yes. We arrange full days with a driver at your disposal between the Borromean Islands, Cannobio, Santa Caterina del Sasso and Mottarone, with an itinerary built around the time you actually have. It is the most requested option for those travelling with guests from abroad.
