We follow the actual landing, not the time printed on your ticket: if the flight slips, the car slips with it, at no extra cost. Either way 60 minutes of waiting from touchdown are included, enough time to collect your luggage without rushing.
Does the price include tolls and waiting time?
Yes. The written quote you receive covers tolls, fuel and the 60 minutes of waiting. There is nothing to settle on arrival: what you read before departure is what you pay.
How far in advance should I book?
At least 24 hours ahead is best, so your preferred time is guaranteed. For rides within three hours it is quicker to call than to write. We answer around the clock, at night too.
How many people and how much luggage can I bring?
The sedan carries 3 passengers and 3 large suitcases, the van 7 passengers and 7 suitcases, the Luxury 3 passengers and 3 suitcases. Tell us in advance about child seats, skis, strollers or oversized luggage so we prepare the right vehicle.
How do I pay, and can I get an invoice?
You pay on board by card or cash, or in advance via a payment link. An electronic invoice is issued on request: just give us the details when booking.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the ride. For cancellations closer to departure get in touch: we assess case by case.
Do you also run Lake Maggiore tours?
Yes. We arrange full days with a driver at your disposal between the Borromean Islands, Cannobio, Santa Caterina del Sasso and Mottarone, with an itinerary built around the time you actually have. It is the most requested option for those travelling with guests from abroad.
